Hong Kong Trip with Family!

It's our first ever trip to travel overseas (other than Malaysia) together as a Family. However, it was a pretty stressful one, because we've to put all our attention to the kids. Nonetheless, I still love traveling together. I felt really blessed.

Day 1
We reached HK early in the morning, so we rested at the hotel till noon before heading out to eat! Our hotel is situated at Kowloon, and there's pretty a lot of local Cha Chaan Teng surround. We walked for awhile before settling down at this small Cha Chaan Teng for brunch.

It's very authentic and so yummy! I don't have rest of the food photos, as I was busy gobbling down the food.

We headed to town area in the evening.

My precious here, decided to eat ice cream in such a cold weather. BUT I ate some too.

My dearest family!

Had our dinner at Ippudo, much cheaper than Singapore.

While waiting for shuttle bus back to hotel.

Day 2

We went to the wax museum, it was quite troublesome to travel there. We took ferry, bus, and cable car.

The crowd at Apple's store was so crazy?!

This crab dish was freaking dope!

Day 3

This dessert shop is very famous in HK, you're able to spot it almost everywhere.

Their mango mochi was damn good!!!

We had our dinner at Tim Ho Wan, the michelin star restaurant.

Their Malay Kueh was too good! So softttttttt and fluffy.

Two Cutie pie!

 Day 4 & 5

The last two days were spent at Hong Kong Disneyland.

I'm not a Disney fan, but my favorite character of all time would be Cinderella. Look how beautiful this Cinderella is!

Byebye HK, I guess I will never visit you again. Hahaha.

San Francisco! (Day 2,3,4)

Day 2

We went to Gilroy premium outlet to shop in the afternoon, which was located just one hour drive from SF.  And yeah, we basically spent the whole day (almost) there.

Okay, the reviews for this Japanese ramen shop were really good. Therefore, we decided to settle our dinner there. BUT just looked at the crowd, we waited for approximately an hour. Having said that, we were FAMISHED and COLD while waiting. And I doubt they accept any reservation, plus the shop is really small.

(Sorry for the poor editing of the food photo, the lighting was really bad in the shop.)
So glad that the food came in huge portion, and the ingredients were generously served. :)

A must have, bokeh shot.

Random street name.

Day 3 and 4.

Random hobo on the streets of Berkerley.

While walking to the supermarket. I risked my life to take this shot, and you should know I'm just kidding. Hahaha.

The supermarket completely blew me off. It's way too amazing. More on next post! :>

P.S. I'm really bad at writing. And I already tried to write as much as I can, but I thought photos would be suffice. ;)

Hello San Francisco! (Day 1)

Finally getting down to edit some of the photos from my US trip! Its the first time I ever travel out of asia. :>

Some visuals on the first day!

Mandatory airplane shot!
Arrived at SF!!!!!! It was midnight when we reached!
Major Jet lagged. I remembered we only had 2-3 hours of sleep, and woke at 4am in the morning. Haha. We went to explore the hotel gym, watch sunrise and had an early breakfast. Oh, the pancakes were really good!
Walked around the hotel area, while waiting for shuttle bus to the airport. This 'flower' can be seen quite often.
Back at the airport to take BART (Their MRT) to the city.
Train station.
The ticket was crazily expensive! If I remembered it correctly, it cost USD 16 for return trip.
Yayyyy, arrived at the city. Walking to fisherman wharf!
Market inside fisherman wharf.

Fisherman Wharf!

Got some beverages at Peet's Coffee, and I fell in love since then. Yes, its really good.

We left the city and back to the airport to collect the rented car.
Our ride for the whole trip!
We drove to Berkeley. And guess what? We got parking fine here. Hahahhahaah.
Vegan chili cheese air baked fries from Smart Alec.

Back to city for shopping, because when we were there the previous time it was too early and most of shops were not opened yet.

That pretty sums up day 1! Hope you enjoy the photos. :>
