Hong Kong Trip with Family!

It's our first ever trip to travel overseas (other than Malaysia) together as a Family. However, it was a pretty stressful one, because we've to put all our attention to the kids. Nonetheless, I still love traveling together. I felt really blessed.

Day 1
We reached HK early in the morning, so we rested at the hotel till noon before heading out to eat! Our hotel is situated at Kowloon, and there's pretty a lot of local Cha Chaan Teng surround. We walked for awhile before settling down at this small Cha Chaan Teng for brunch.

It's very authentic and so yummy! I don't have rest of the food photos, as I was busy gobbling down the food.

We headed to town area in the evening.

My precious here, decided to eat ice cream in such a cold weather. BUT I ate some too.

My dearest family!

Had our dinner at Ippudo, much cheaper than Singapore.

While waiting for shuttle bus back to hotel.

Day 2

We went to the wax museum, it was quite troublesome to travel there. We took ferry, bus, and cable car.

The crowd at Apple's store was so crazy?!

This crab dish was freaking dope!

Day 3

This dessert shop is very famous in HK, you're able to spot it almost everywhere.

Their mango mochi was damn good!!!

We had our dinner at Tim Ho Wan, the michelin star restaurant.

Their Malay Kueh was too good! So softttttttt and fluffy.

Two Cutie pie!

 Day 4 & 5

The last two days were spent at Hong Kong Disneyland.

I'm not a Disney fan, but my favorite character of all time would be Cinderella. Look how beautiful this Cinderella is!

Byebye HK, I guess I will never visit you again. Hahaha.

Shervelle 3rd Birthday!

Celebrated my niece birthday at her school and Hai di lao.

Baked this 3 layer chocolate cake for her, and glad that it turned out great! :)

My Mommy cooked mee sua with red eggs for her. It's a tradition to eat it during our birthdays.

Hai di lao! Love the tomato soup base! Been here the second time, their service will make you go WOW.

The really thoughtful staffs prepared a "Fruit cake" for the little girl! She's thrilled.

She insisted on wearing the hat like this. Hahaha. If you noticed she's actually wearing two dresses, her personal style yo.

Happy 3rd birthday, you little cutie pie!! Although you can be annoying at times, but you've brought so much joy into our lives. I wish you stay healthy and cute!

5th Anniversary at Tanjong Beach Club

So, we celebrated our 5th anniversary at Tanjong beach club. It was a simple celebration.

The place was really quiet and peaceful. There were only two tables being occupied, including ours.

Seafood Linguini.
Ahh, this was really good! I'm not a seafood person, but this was really quite good! Do give it a try if you're there.

No one steps out of this restaurant without trying their truffle fries!

A bouquet of purple tulips, which was delivered to my workplace. :> I'm not a flower person, but deep down I'm really happy to receive this. Thank you, love!

Haha, ending with my 3 year old niece posing with the flowers!

Shernise's 1st Birthday!

My little niece turned one two weeks back, and we celebrated her birthday one week in advance. Since my friend will be taking the photos, so I didn't manage to take much photos,  :>

I really love the decorations of the house, everything painstakingly handmade by my sister-in-law. Kudos to her!

Goodie bags for the guests.

My cute little niece, Shervelle!

I baked some chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and top it with a strawberry to fit the theme.

Marshmallow dipped in white chocolate with red and green sprinkles.

That's all for now.

Really good brownies!

Just baked some brownies, to satisfy my craving for chocolate! This brownie texture is just right; fudgy and cakey. And it really does taste like P.Osh brownies!!

Recipe from thesweetart.
Note: I reduced the sugar to 200 grams and salt.

Do try out the recipe, its really awesome! :)
